It's directional rather than precise — a score of 80+ means the workflow is a strong production-agent candidate; 40-60 means it needs more scoping. The score is a starting point for a real conversation, not a binding estimate.
What does my score tell me?
Above 80: textbook automation candidate, ship in 4-6 weeks. 60-80: real opportunity with friction worth designing around — start with a 1-week pilot. 40-60: automatable but not the easiest in your stack — discovery conversation recommended. Below 40: complex enough that you'd benefit from a strategic conversation before committing engineering resources.

Start with your most painful workflow — the one whose people complain about most. The quiz will tell you whether automation is the right answer.
